Cayman’s top youth culinary hopefuls will battle it out on the smokers to become top junior BBQ masters and represent Cayman on the world stage later this year.
You can sample delicious BBQ from guest chef Wade Fortin and meet 7-time world BBQ Champion Melissa Cookston. Come and support Cayman’s National Youth Culinary Program, and cheer on the BBQ showdown!
