Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th March 2023.
A fantastic floral show that includes indigenous Cayman orchids with exotic orchids for sale. The Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park is home to ten of the twenty-eight orchid species recorded from the Cayman Islands, and four of these are found nowhere else on earth.
The Annual Orchid Show promotes the conservation of Cayman’s native orchids and has become an occasion for educating gardeners on the techniques of growing orchids. Hundreds of orchids will be available to purchase. There will also be educational presentations and BBQ food available on both days.
The Orchid Show is also a fundraising event for the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and the Cayman Islands Orchid Society.
