Event Details
The public is invited to review and comment on the DRAFT Environmental Statement for the Environmental Impact Assessment of the East-West Arterial (EWA) Extension from Woodland Drive to Frank Sound Road.
The DRAFT Environmental Statement has been developed by the project proponent, the National Roads Authority (NRA), in collaboration with the Environmental Assessment Board which includes representatives from the Department of Environment (DoE), Department of Planning, Water Authority Cayman and the Public Works Department.

The countdown is on for the 6th annual 24-hour RYDE-A-THON, brought to you by HLB Berman Fisher and RYDE Cayman, on February 21st and 22nd.
Little Leo Lewis, who passed away in 2019, was the original inspiration behind the event, and he continues to be the driving force behind our efforts to give back to the community, with all of this year’s proceeds going to the Addison Kelly Mental Health Education Fund. Last year’s event raised over $175,000 for The Breast Cancer Foundation and this year we are aiming to match that!
The event challenges Ryding and Running/Walking teams of between 4 and 8 members to participate in 24 straight hours of cycling and/or running/walking at and around the RYDE studio in Camana Bay.
We still have our Super Challenge option to really push participants out of their comfort zone and get more people involved in the action and the Zwift training league is back to join in the fun again this year!
There will be food, drinks, and lots of family-friendly activities going on throughout the whole event, with an outdoor Ryde extravaganza party on the crescent in Camana Bay to finish it off! It’s going to be bigger, it’s going to better, and we can’t wait to see you there!
