With over twenty years of experience, Ciara has developed a diverse skill set encompassing leadership, people development, recruitment, training, sales, consultancy, coaching and mentoring. Her professional journey has taken her across national, international and global contexts, including an 18-year tenure in the Caribbean. Ciara’s extensive knowledge is rooted working with clients from a variety of industries, including FTSE 500 and FTSE 100 companies, renowned international financial services and law firms, engineering and hospitality clients; SMEs; not-for-profit and charitable organisations. She has sat on numerous boards, consulted and advised on cultural intelligence, leadership development and supported clients through significant organisational change.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Ciara excels as an energetic motivator and problem solver, consistently driving business success and developing strategies that align with a company’s vision and values. Her expertise is complemented by certification in evidence-based behavioural leadership, employee engagement, emotional intelligence and 360-degree feedback tools. Additionally, Ciara has a decade of experience utilising the Investors in People (IIP) framework to drive business improvement.
Ciara’s passion lies in maximising collaboration, communication, performance and growth for individuals, teams and organisations. Background.
Eric has worked in the field of business improvement for the past 30 years. He provides support and guidance in organisational culture, change management and Leadership skills development and has worked throughout Europe, North America, Bermuda and the Caribbean in both the Private and Public sectors. He brings drive, energy and strong Emotional Intelligence skills to each project that he facilitates.
Eric is highly experienced in the use of Business improvement models and in particular the Investors in People Framework. His successes in Cayman include CUC Gold level Accreditation, DCI Cayman Government Gold level Accreditation and Steppingstones Recruitment Platinum level Accreditation and winner of International I.I.P. ‘Best Small Platinum Company in the World Award’. To date Eric’s clients have won 5 International IIP Awards.
Eric and his team design and deliver Leadership and Management development programmes to all sectors including both Ndeavour approved and ILM Accredited programmes. These include Level 2, 3, 5 and 7 Certificate and Diploma programmes for the Institute of Leadership and Development (ILM) Europe’s leading Professional Management Institute. To date Eric has been instrumental in helping over 150 Caymanians to achieve an Academic Qualification in Leadership and Management with ILM.
During his time in business Eric has published a number of Papers on Culture Change and Leadership for Trinity College, Dublin, the Ulster University and Esade University, Spain and has published articles for leading business magazines. He is a much sought after Guest Speaker at International Conferences on Leadership concepts including Authentic Leadership and changing organisational Culture. He published his first book ‘Moving Horizons’ which he presented to the CIHRSP Conference in 2019 in support of his overseas charity, Amy Foundation which operates in Cape Town.
Eric is Ambassador for the Amy Foundation a Cape Town based charity which provides after school education and meals to over 2,000 underprivileged children and youths every day. The charity provides education on Drug Awareness, HIV Aids, Social Skills, Sport, Arts and Crafts and Skills for Employment.
